It has been almost a curse. Wherever Al Gore shows up to speak on global warming a cold front moves in. The former Vice President is responsible for many a record low.
Now the temperatures for the year so far show the continuing cooling trend that began a decade ago. (Wouldn't you know that one of the few warmer spots would be the Washington, D.C. area?)
